Spinning my own yarn...

I am SO excited it just bought so extremely pretty roving and a drop spinle on etsy! I dont know why, but all of a sudden I just got the idea in my head that i should spin my own yarn.

I also want to experiment with dyeing my own roving! I saw a video on how to dye with food coloring and i am so going to try that when I get some natural, undyed yarn.

New Cowl Listed on Etsy

I made this cowl using the new yarn that I got on vacation last week! I also found these stuning buttons that go perfectly with it! I almost didn't want to list it on etsy so that i could keep it for myself! It is super warm and cozy :)

Back From Camping!

I just got back from camping this past week and it was WONDERFUL! So wonderful that I didn't really want to come back! But I did stop at a Hobby Lobby on the way and picked up some new yarn that I am absolutely in love with. I have already made 2 things and I am working on the third item. Pics soon to come! I also got some really nice pictures of the camp site. :)

New Clutch Listed on Etsy

I made this clutch out of pink and light blue yarn. It is adorned with a matching vintage fabric button, It is also fully lined with a light pink fabric. It almost reminds me of cotton candy :)

Vintage Inspired Clutch

I just listed a new item on etsy! It's a Vintage Inspired Fully Lined Crochet Clutch and looks a little something like this... :D

 Ok...so i might have gotten a little camera happy on this clutch, but it's just so adorable! lol

I was at my Nana's house last night playing cards with her and my sister and I was working on this project. I knew I didn't ahve any fabric to match this yarn at home so i went through Nana's old scrap fabric. And when I say old, I mean old. lol. She had a ton on vintage fabric that looks brand new! And she also gave me a ton of buttons that I can't wait to use on other projects. Score! I have already started on another one in a different color. You can find this on etsy, of course. Hump Day...

Today i am working on putting new things in my shop on etsy! I have made some new things, like these cute little zippered clutches...

I have also knitted some new slouchy beanies with bows using shimmer yarn! Super adorable. :) And I have crocheted matching cowls!

All of the bows and flowers are attatched to a clip so they are removable! You can mix and match any hat with any bow :) Im listing these in my etsy store. Don't forget to go check it out at my shop!
