What I'm Working on Wednesday's

I have been super busy this week! My room is getting a complete makeover, I started back to school, and I've been knitting my short, little fingers to the bone. 



I finished a set to send to The Nearsighted Owl for review! It will be my first review ever and I can't wait to hear what she thinks! This is by far my favorite hat that I've ever designed! I almost kept it for myself ;)




I also had to finish up another order of booties, hat, flower clip, and a baby afghan!

I LOVE making things!!! I just get complete satisfaction out of completing a project! :)

School is in Session!

Today was my first day back to school after having a break for the holidays. The break wasn't NEAR long enough! I was dreading going back to school today, but once I got in my classes I got excited again.  This semester I'm taking, Word Processing, Accounting II, Records Management and Personal Finance. I have a great feeling about this semester! :)

Music Mondays

I am currently obsessed with this song by Bruno Mars! I just think it would be so sweet if someone sang it to their girlfriend when they are about to propose! Is that too sappy? lol.

Selling Abroad

So, I've decided to sell my knitted goodies in Canton, Tx next November! I can't be more excited about it! I know it is going to be lots of work, but I'm ready.  I have a ton of things to be knitting right now to get ready. I have no idea what to expect, I've never done this before! So I got on Amazon.com and ordered me a book. I really hope it helps. I've only read to page 14 so far lol

In all different colors and patterns. Iv'e sold quite a few lately in my mom's store so far. Everyone seems to love them! :)

What I've Been Up To...

I've been cleaning out my room because we are painting and putting down hardwood floors!! Yay! I've always wanted hardwood floors in my bedroom! I never knew I had this many books hiding in corners though...



This is a shelf that I'm painting to match my new room.  My cat, Marvin, wanted to help me paint it.



Started painting! It's weird because that isn't the color the walls turned out to be.  They turned out a darker brown. I love it though!



I found these treasures at a local thrift store! I fell in love with them and thought they would go perfect in my room! I also found a solid wood chest to put at the end of my bed.

What I'm Working On

I found this really cute pattern the other day when I was looking for yarn and I thought my sister would really like it. So I decided to make it for her for Christmas!

The cables in this pattern are so pretty! I just recently started doing patterns with cables and I love the way they look and they are so easy to do!
